You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us via our website at sitips.com.au/contact.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not create an obligation to offer refunds in future cases.

All content on SITIPS.COM.AU — including but not limited to tips, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of SITIPS.COM.AU and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or share any content from our Service without our prior written consent. This includes sharing tips on social media, forums, or any other platform.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account

• Reproduce or distribute our tips or content without authorisation

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any tip or selection will result in a profit.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SITIPS.COM.AU and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any betting decisions made based on our content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
